Where are you located?

We’re conveniently located on College Road in Fairbanks, just 10 minutes from Fort Wainwright and downtown, and only 5 minutes from UAF.

What ages do you accept?

We accept children from newborn to 5 years old across the following classrooms:
  • Infants: Birth – 1 year
  • Wobblers: 1 – 2 years
    • Walking well, eating table food, drinking whole milk
  • Toddlers: 2 – 3 years
  • Preschool: 3 – 5 years
    • Must be fully potty trained (dry during naps, no pull-ups)

When does enrollment open?

Enrollment is now open!

Applications are accepted year-round. If a class is full, your child will be added to the waitlist.

What are your tuition rates?

Monthly tuition varies by age group:
  • Infant: $1,449
  • Wobbler: $1,349
  • Toddler: $1,249
  • Preschool: $1,049

Do you offer prorated tuition?

Yes, based on the week your child starts:
  • Week 1 – 100%
  • Week 2 – 75%
  • Week 3 – 50%
  • Week 4 – 25%

When is tuition due?

Tuition is due by the 5th of each month.

Do you offer a sibling discount?

No, multi-child discounts are not offered at this time.

What are your hours of operation?

We’re open Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

Do you offer part-time or half-day schedules?

No, we only offer full-day care.

Do you accept tuition assistance?

Yes, we accept state and military assistance.

Do you provide meals?

We provide:
  • Breakfast
  • Morning & afternoon snacks
Parents must provide a daily lunch for their child.

How can I schedule a tour?

Tours can be scheduled by contacting our office or Director after June 3rd.

What is required to enroll?

You’ll need to submit:
  • Signed Enrollment Form
  • Emergency Consent Form
  • Immunization Records or exemption form
  • Enrollment Holding Fee

What if my child has allergies or dietary restrictions?

Please contact the Director to discuss your child’s needs. We’ll do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies.

Can my child take medication at school?

Yes. Medications must:
  • Be in the original container
  • Include doctor’s written instructions (dosage and timing)
  • Have a completed Medication Authorization Form signed by a parent/guardian

Are vaccinations required?

Yes, per state regulations. However, we accept medical, religious, or personal exemption forms.

Are you open on public holidays?

No. We close for public holidays to allow families and staff to observe them. A yearly calendar will be provided.

How many students can you enroll?

How do I withdraw my child?

We require 30 days’ written notice, unless you’re relocating due to a military PCS.
