Where are you located?
We are located conveniently on College road within close driving distance from many essential points in Fairbanks.
The center is only 10 minutes from Fort Wainwright and downtown, and 5 minutes from UAF.

What age ranges will admission be available for?
We will have classrooms available for children ages Newborn to 5 years as follows:

Infants: Birth - 1yr old

Wobblers: 1 yr - 2yrs old
Walking well (outside play), eating table food, and drinking whole milk.

Toddlers: 2 yrs - 3 yrs old

Preschool: 3 yrs - 5 yrs old
And is fully potty trained (dry through nap - no pull-ups)

When will enrollment open?
Enrollment is now open!
Our learning academy's official opened.
Enrollment applications will be open throughout the year, though if there is not
an available classroom slot in the age range you are applying for, your child
will be placed on a waitlist until one becomes available.

What are your tuition rates?
Student fees range from $1049-1449 monthly total.
Infant - $1449.00
Wobbler - $1349.00
Toddler - $1249.00
Preschool - 1049.00

Do you offer prorated tuition?
Yes, tuition will be prorated depending on which week you begin enrollment.
Week One – Full Tuition
Week Two – 75%
Week Three – 50%
Week Four – 25%

When is tuition due each month?
Tuition payments are due by the 5th of each month.

Do you offer any multi-child discounts?
No, there will not be multi-child discounts offered at this time.

What are the schools hours of operation?
We are open from 7:30A - 6:00P, Monday through Friday.

What are schedule options?
Our learning academy is designed to care for full day students,
half day schedules/pricing will not be offered.

Do you accept tuition assistance?
Yes, we currently accept state assistance & military assistance.

Do you provide meals?
We will provide breakfast, and both morning and afternoon snack times. Parents will be
 required to provide their child's daily lunch.

How/When can i schedule a tour?
To schedule a tour, please contact our office or director. (After June 3rd)

What documents/fees do i need to enroll?
Signed enrollment form, emergency consent form,
Immunization records or exemption form, and the enrollment holding fee.

What if my child has special dietary restrictions or allergies?
Please contact our office or director to discuss their needs in detail.
We will do our best to accommodate each child's dietary restrictions and allergies.

My child needs to take medicine during the day?
We are able to assist in giving daytime medication as prescribed by a Doctor. Your child's required medication
can be submitted to the director in it's original container, accompanied by a written consent from the child’s doctor
with the dosage and frequency to be taken. Likewise, our “Medication Authorization” form needs
to be completed by parent or guardian

Does my child need to be vaccinated?
There are state requirements on immunizations for currently enrolled students, though
we also accept exemption forms for religious, personal and medical reasons.

Are you open on public holidays?
We will not be open on public holidays for our staff and students to observe with their families.
There will be a yearly school calendar provided to give families time to prepare accordingly.

How many children can be enrolled at TNLA?
There will be 83 student spots available between all classrooms, the age ranges available at any
given time will be dependent on which student spots have been filled and are left available in
 each classroom and the age they care for.

How much notice is required to withdraw my child?
We require a 30 days written notice to withdraw your student, with exceptions for military PCS assignments.
